Welcome to your Pensacola home base! This bright, private 1-bedroom, 1-bath cottage is the perfect place to relax and explore the Gulf Coast. Cook in the full kitchen, unwind on the front porch, and fire up the charcoal grill. Sleeps 3 with a queen bed and a living-room sofa bed. You’re a 4-min walk to seafood, 5 min to Palafox Street and Blue Wahoos Stadium, 10 min to NAS Pensacola, and about 20 min to the beach. Free driveway parking. Your own entrance, your own space.
You’ll have your own private front entrance with a Schlage smart keypad lock, no stairs, easy ground-level access. This is one side of a duplex, but your unit is completely private and not shared; the neighboring unit is rented separately and has its own entrance and driveway.
Park up to 2 cars in the front driveway (please drive slowly to avoid scraping). Do not use the long driveway on the right, that one is reserved for the neighboring unit. Street parking is also available between the parking space and the mailbox. Guests use the front porch.

A car is recommended to make the most of your stay. Free parking is available on premises, park up to 2 cars in the front driveway (drive slowly to avoid scraping), and street parking is available between the parking space and the mailbox. Families have plenty to explore: the Pensacola Children’s Museum, the T.T. Wentworth Jr. Florida State Museum, and the hands-on Pensacola MESS Hall science museum are all downtown. The Plaza de Luna, a waterfront park of more than two acres with 1,200 feet for fishing, provides the perfect backdrop for family fun. Catch a Blue Wahoos game at the ballpark (about 5 min away), it’s relaxed and family friendly.
For sweets and shopping, stroll Palafox for treats at Bubba’s Sweet Spot and browse local boutiques and galleries. The National Naval Aviation Museum (NAS Pensacola) is about 10 minutes away, and the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach are roughly a 20-minute drive.
