Unit B is yours from the moment you arrive-your own private front door with a Schlage smart keypad lock (no fumbling with keys), your own right-hand driveway, and secluded access through the courtyard. This is one half of a duplex; Unit A next door is a completely separate home, so your space, entrance, and outdoor areas are entirely private. A few quick notes to make arrival smooth:
– PARKING: Pull into the right-hand driveway, which is all yours (fits up to 2 cars). Please drive slowly-the driveway is low and can scrape vehicles with minimal clearance.
– Never park in front of Unit A; that spot is reserved for the neighboring home.
– If you see a truck parked by the back shed, no worries-you can block it in. It stays put for your whole stay and never needs to move.
– Single-level living: no stairs anywhere, step-free entry from the driveway.
Your personalized keypad entry code and all arrival details are sent privately through the Coastal Sunrises app shortly before check-in-so you’ll have everything you need right on your phone when you pull up. Any questions on the day of arrival, we’re a message away.
Having a car makes this stay easy, and you’ll park right at your door. Unit B includes free private driveway parking for up to 2 cars (please drive slowly-the driveway can scrape low-clearance vehicles, and never park in front of neighboring Unit A). A stored truck in front of the back shed can be blocked in-it never needs to move. From here you’re about 3 minutes to Joe Patti’s Seafood, 5 minutes to Historic Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street, and Blue Wahoos Stadium, and a quick 4-minute walk to Pearl & Horn Seafood. Pensacola International Airport and the white sands of Pensacola Beach are each roughly 15-20 minutes by car (nearest beach access about 21 minutes via Fort Pickens Rd). Everman’s Grocery and Dollar General are 3 minutes away, with Publix about 7. Once downtown, Palafox is very walkable-park once and explore the shops, cafes, and waterfront on foot. Rideshare is readily available for airport runs or beach days if you’d rather skip the drive.
This is your private half of the duplex (Unit B), so you’ll enjoy complete independence, your own keypad front door, your own driveway, and your own secluded courtyard and patio. We like to give guests their space, but our Coastal Sunrises team is here 24/7 whenever you need us. Your front door has a Schlage smart keypad lock, enter the unique code from your check-in message, then press the Schlage button. No stairs, step-free entry. Your private entrance, driveway, and courtyard are all yours. NOTE: Unit A next door is a separate home; please don’t use Unit A’s front porch.
== PARKING ==
Pull into Unit B’s driveway on the RIGHT, fits up to 2 cars. Please drive slowly; the driveway is low and can scrape vehicles. Never park in front of Unit A (reserved for those guests). If a truck is parked by the back shed, don’t worry about blocking it in, it won’t need to move during your stay.

== THERMOSTAT (NEST) ==
Slide your finger along the RIGHT side of the Nest to raise or lower the set temperature. Please keep it in a reasonable range to protect the system.
AC acting up? Reset: 1) Turn AC off at the thermostat. 2) Open the grey breaker box on the house, to the LEFT of the outdoor units along the driveway. 3) Flip the HVAC breaker OFF ~10 seconds, then back ON. 4) Turn AC back on inside.
== KITCHEN ==
Fully equipped: electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker (grounds + filters provided), and a dining table for 4.
DISHWASHER (Hisense), it’s a little particular: Open the door, press Power, press and HOLD the wash cycle until it blinks, then CLOSE the door within 4 seconds or it won’t start.
The electrical panel is in the kitchen, next to the fridge, if you ever need it.
== BATHROOM ==
One full bath, first door on the right down the hallway (shower/tub combo). HOT WATER TIP: the shower handle is finicky. If the water isn’t heating, adjust it a little, wait a moment, then try the OPPOSITE side from where it’s set. It’ll come around.
Starter toiletries, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer are provided.

Stacked GE washer/dryer in the laundry room. To start: press and HOLD the cycle until it blinks, then close the door and it’ll begin. Broom, dustpan, and vacuum are kept here too.

Enjoy your private back patio, courtyard, and outdoor dining area. Fire up the CHARCOAL grill (grilling utensils included), bring your own charcoal. In the back shed you’ll find 4 BEACH CHAIRS and 1 BEACH UMBRELLA for your day trips to Pensacola Beach (about 15-20 min). The shed key is in the on-site lockbox, code is sent with your arrival details.
