GETTING IN
You’ll enter through the private front door, which has a Schlage smart lock. Your personal entry code and any lockbox/entry details are sent privately before arrival, close to check-in, please have them handy when you pull up.
PARKING
Free on-site parking for up to 6 vehicles: 2 in the garage and 4 in the driveway. Please do NOT park on the grass. There is no HOA, so no gate codes to worry about.

KITCHEN & COOKING
The fully equipped electric kitchen has a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, blender, crockpot and hand mixer. Coffee lovers are covered twice over: a Keurig for K-cups and a separate drip maker for grounds. You’ll find cookware, dishes, silverware, and a dining table that seats 6. Grilling utensils are kept in the kitchen, grab them for the backyard grill.
OUTDOORS
Step out to a fully fenced backyard with a patio and a propane grill (one tank provided), perfect for morning coffee or an evening cookout. Please note there is no pool, hot tub, fire pit, or fireplace at this home.

Central heating and A/C with a standard wall thermostat, set it to a comfortable temperature and you’re all set.

TRASH
Curbside pickup is Tuesday morning, please set bins at the roadside the night before or early that morning.
SAFETY
Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are on site. For emergencies, dial 911. The main water shutoff is located outside, to the right of the garage as you face the house from the street, near the neighbor’s fence, it sticks up out of the ground. For exterior security, the property has Ring doorbell/camera coverage outside only.
HOUSE REMINDERS
– No smoking anywhere inside (including vapes/pens); a $200 fee applies to any indoor smoking.
– No pets.
– Only registered guests, please, the reservation is for those listed on the booking.
– No events or parties.
– Children are welcome; the home is not childproofed, so please supervise around stairs, outlets, and the backyard.
