Sleeps 6 in a king master (with private balcony) and two queen guest rooms, each with its own bath and smart TV. The full kitchen shines with a double oven, built-in griddle, and breakfast bar. Sip coffee in front-porch Adirondack chairs, then explore on foot. In-unit laundry, fast WiFi, central AC.
This is a standalone home with entry via the front porch (two steps up, with a compact landing). Guests will access the home through the front door using a smart lock code, which will be provided on the boarding pass sent right after your booking is confirmed. (A backup lockbox is maintained on-site for management use only).
Please note the owner lives in a separate private apartment at the rear of the property; guest access is limited to the inside of the home and the front porch only. The side gate, back door, and rear apartment are not available to guests. Parking is on the street (see Transit for details).
A car is recommended to make the most of your stay, especially for trips to the beach. Parking is on the street: the preferred spot is directly across the street, about 50 feet behind the stop sign, or directly next to the house when a space is open. Because many neighboring homes are also short-term rentals, nearby spots fill up quickly, so plan to park across the street if needed. Downtown Palafox Street shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Pensacola Beach and the Gulf Islands National Seashore are roughly a 15-20 minute drive, and Pensacola International Airport is about 15 minutes away.

Smoking: No smoking inside, including vapes or pens. If evidence of smoking indoors is found you will incur a fee of $200.
