This bright, roomy 2,220 sq ft home is built for family fun! Splash in the private screened-in heated pool, unwind in the hot tub, and challenge each other in the dedicated game room. Inside you’ll find two living rooms, a full chef’s kitchen with RO drinking water, a king master suite, and comfy beds for up to 10. Fire up the grill, spread out on the patio, and enjoy the stone-path yard with solar lights. Just a short drive to Navarre’s white-sand beaches!
You’ll enter through the front door, which leads directly into the main living room. The home has multiple back doors to the pool area, one double sliding glass door and single doors as well. Driveway parking fits 4-6 vehicles comfortably; please note there is no parking on the road. Lockbox/entry details will be sent privately before your arrival. For your awareness, there is a Ring doorbell camera and we are getting a Ring floodlight in the front porch area (exterior only). A few interior closets are kept locked and are off-limits.
A car is recommended to make the most of your stay. The driveway comfortably fits 4-6 vehicles, and there’s no parking on the road. Navarre Beach and the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier are just a short drive south over the bridge. Gulf Breeze Zoo is a quick trip west, and both Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach are within easy driving distance for more dining, shopping, and attractions. Pensacola Beach and the Gulf Islands National Seashore are also reachable by car for additional beach days. A beach wagon and beach accessories are provided to make your trips to the sand easy.

This Navarre home puts you close to one of the Gulf Coast’s most relaxing stretches of shoreline. Navarre Beach is known for its white sand and emerald-green water, and is a favorite for families thanks to wide, uncrowded beaches and gentle waves. A short drive takes you over the bridge to the sand, where you can build sandcastles, swim, snorkel, or collect seashells.

For active days, Navarre Family Watersports offers pontoon, kayak, paddleboard, and jet ski rentals along with an on-the-water inflatable park and ropes course. Nature lovers can explore the Gulf Islands National Seashore for quiet beaches, trails, and wildlife, and the Gulf Breeze Zoo (with 800+ animals, a splash pad, and a train ride) makes a great day trip.
