– Garage Upgrade in Progress: We are currently converting our garage into an exciting new game room! Because it is under active construction, the garage will be completely inaccessible during your stay. All construction work is strictly paused while guests are in the house to ensure you have full privacy and no noise disruptions, though please note that driveway parking is available for your use.
– Pool Service Notice: The property features a fantastic private pool (approximately 6–8 feet deep) accessible through the back door. To keep it pristine, Pinch A Penny services the pool every Wednesday. The maintenance team will access the pool area via the back layout; please do not be alarmed by their scheduled weekly visit.
– Long-Term Stay Perk (Holly by the Sea Rec Center): Planning a long-term stay? The owners have left their gold key cards hanging right by the garage door for the spectacular Holly by the Sea Recreation Center. This highly family-friendly facility features a full gym and an excellent game area. Note: Guest access allowances are subject to community guidelines and specific caps on guest numbers; please check with us regarding current neighborhood association access policies for your stay configuration.
– Outdoor Cooking: Enjoy the ultimate outdoor culinary experience with the provided Blackstone Pro Series 4-Burner 36″ Griddle located on the patio.
– Pet Policy: This property is proudly pet-friendly! Well-behaved pets are welcome to join your Florida getaway.
– Smoking Policy: To ensure the comfort and health of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
– Waste Management: Bins are kept in the garage. Brown bins are for leaf/debris and are collected on Tuesdays; Gray bins are for standard garbage and are collected on Wednesdays.
– Climate Control: Easily adjust your comfort via the smart Sensi thermostat located centrally in the hallway.
– Safety & Utilities: A fire extinguisher is mounted immediately inside the garage entryway for peace of mind. The primary breaker panel is located outside, right of the utility meter, with an additional panel located inside the garage.

– The Chef’s Kitchen & Dining Area: Cook with ease using premium appliances including a GE Profile induction stove, Broan range hood, microwave, Whirlpool dishwasher, and dual toasters. The kitchen boasts a large central island with 2 bar stools and cutting boards.
