This is a private, single-story entrance with no stairs. Your personal entry details (door code and lockbox information) are sent privately before arrival. A quick tip for the front door: enter the code, then press # and turn the knob during the beep. If the keypad doesn't catch the first time, try again slowly. A spare key is kept in the lockbox on the property for backup.

PARKING
Free on-site parking for 2-3 vehicles, plus free street parking. No HOA, so no permits or restrictions to worry about.
