We have one,actively recording camera overlooking the front courtyard which records video and audio. There is also a smart home device on the back patio which actively records noise decibel levels. It dies not record audio or video. All devices are on exterior of the property.
There is a twin bed in the laundry room.
You will be given a unique smartlock code prior to arrival
Main Rules:
-Pets Fee is $75 per pet, We love animals, but no dogs on beds or furniture. Sorry, no cats allowed. Please clean up after your pets. TWO DOG MAXIMUM
-Registered Guests, The reservation is for the guests listed on the reservation only.
-Children, Guests are responsible for the safety and well-being of their children. The house is not childproof, so please be aware of stairs, electrical outlets, balcony, etc.
-Smoking, No smoking inside, including vapes or pens. If evidence of smoking indoors is found you will incur a fee of $200.
The neighborhood is a quiet, residential area in West Pensacola with a mix of long-established homes and local residents. It offers a laid-back, local feel while still being conveniently close to downtown Pensacola, shopping, restaurants, and major roads. Guests appreciate the easy access to daily essentials and city attractions without being in a busy tourist zone, making it a practical and comfortable place to stay.
We maintain one exterior security camera overlooking the front courtyard, which records both video and audio. Additionally, a smart home monitoring device is installed on the back patio that measures noise decibel levels; it does not record audio or video. All monitoring devices are located on the exterior of the property and are actively recording or measuring as described.
